This website does not currently publish a support phone number or a public support inbox. The options below are the channels that already exist in the product.

Support options

  • Help / FAQ

    Answers about creating an account, completing a profile, sending Interest, Accept and Decline, and finding Matches.
    Open Help / FAQ

  • Account access

    Sign in or register with your email address. Verification uses OTP. Account recovery also starts with the same email OTP flow — not a password reset.

  • Your account pages

    Signed-in members can review Interests from the dashboard, update profile details, and open My Matches.
