How It Works

From creating an account to a respectful Match

Bahujan Samaj Vivah follows a steady sequence. Each step below is what the product actually supports today — including Interest, Accept, Decline, and Match.

Steps

  1. 01

    Create an account

    Register with an email address. You do not set a password. The account is created when verification succeeds.
  2. 02

    Verify with OTP

    We send a one-time password to the email you used. Enter that OTP to sign in. The same OTP flow is used for login and for account recovery.
  3. 03

    Complete your profile

    Add basic details, education and career, religion and community, and partner preferences. A profile photo can be previewed on your device; photos are not uploaded to the server yet. Completed profiles can appear in Browse Profiles.
  4. 04

    Browse profiles

    Explore public introductions and narrow the directory with filters that exist on member profiles, such as age, location, education, occupation, and community details.
  5. 05

    Send Interest

    When you are signed in, you can send Interest from a public profile. You cannot send Interest to your own profile, and a second Interest cannot be sent while one is already pending or matched with that member.
  6. 06

    Receive Interest

    Incoming Interest appears in your account under Interests. If you registered with a verified email address, you may also receive an email letting you know that someone has expressed interest.
  7. 07

    Accept or Decline

    Only the person who received the Interest can Accept or Decline it. Accepting creates a Match. Declining closes that Interest. An accepted Interest cannot later be declined.
  8. 08

    Match

    A Match is created when Interest is accepted. Matched members appear on My Matches, and you can open their public profile from there.
  9. 09

    What happens after a Match

    The supported next step is to continue through the matched member’s public profile. In-app messaging is not available yet. Dashboard areas labelled Messages, Notifications, and Subscription are still previews.
